Every week, I grill a massive package of chicken tenders to take for lunch throughout the week. I make enough for the both of us but end up never eating my portion. I’ll eat leftovers or ten bowls of cereal, forgetting all about the chicken.
At the end of the week, we’re out of Lucky Charms and are left with a good amount of grilled chicken. I don’t want to be wasteful so I just shove all the chicken in my mouth. Then the PR reminds me that we could use it to make other dinners. I choke because she’s right and because have you ever tried to eat a bunch of dry grilled chicken without a drink? It’s impossible.
LEFTOVER BUFFALO CHICKEN & MOZZARELLA PIZZA RECIPE
Pillsbury Pizza Crust
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella balls
1 cup buffalo wing sauce
Put all the ingredients on a pizza crust and, really, you need directions for this?

We used Jake’s Grillin Buffalo Wing Sauce for this recipe. Use what you’ve got or what you like the best.
We had leftover mozzarella balls. You can buy the large ball of mozz and slice it instead. Did you know — Leftover Mozzarella Balls was my stripper name.
This is one of those pizzas that you can’t stop eating (AREN’T THEY ALL!) but I found myself eating a slice after dinner and then the next day for lunch and then in bed in the middle of the night and the PR was like “WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU?!?” and that’s such an open-ended question with a long answer and I didn’t want to keep her up all night so I just chewed my pizza.
